Capital structured
for operators
who build.
Strategic Corporate Services deploys institutional intelligence to serve, grow, and advise operator-owned businesses. We are not a broker. We are a Capital Architecture firm.
We don't fund deals.
We structure them.
A direct funder can only offer what sits on its own balance sheet. When a deal arrives, it gets shaped to fit that product — because that is the only product available.
SCS is independent. We evaluate the structure first and the source second. If the right answer is a facility we do not currently place, we will tell you that, and we will tell you why.
Every file is underwritten and scored before it goes to any lender. Most operators have never seen their file the way a lender sees it.
A working capital request is often an equipment or receivables question wearing the wrong label.
We are paid to get the structure right, not to move a specific product.
Five capital pathways.
One trusted advisor.
Most capital providers solve one problem and move on. SCS architects the full capital structure — from rapid-response Bridge Liquidity to long-term SBA facilities — and remains your advisor through every stage of growth.
The difference between a transaction and a relationship is intelligence. We bring proprietary underwriting data, institutional lender access, and strategic clarity to every engagement.
Bridge Liquidity
Rapid-response accelerated working capital. $5,000 to $40,000,000. Same-day to 5-day close.
Access capital → 02Equipment Finance
Asset-secured capital for machinery, vehicles, technology, and specialized equipment. Up to $500,000,000.
Finance assets → 03Factoring & Asset-Based Lending
Turn receivables and inventory into working capital. Underwrite the debtor, not just the borrower. Once your facility is live, every invoice funds in 24 to 48 hours.
Unlock receivables → 04 — 05SBA & Strategic Term
Long-term capital architecture. SBA 7(a) to $5M. Strategic term loans for growth and acquisition.

Day
Intelligence-driven
capital deployment.
Every engagement begins with a Capital Assessment. We analyze your financial profile against our proprietary lender intelligence database and return a structured capital recommendation — not a list of options.
Capital Assessment
A structured review of your business financials, existing capital obligations, and growth objectives. This is not a pre-qualification form — it is the beginning of a capital architecture conversation.
Proprietary Underwriting
Your financial profile is processed through the SCS Capital Intelligence Platform — a proprietary underwriting engine that analyzes cash flow signals, positions, and seasonal patterns. The file is scored before it goes anywhere, which is what determines the product rather than the other way around.
Structured Recommendation
You receive a capital structure recommendation — including product type, amount, lender rationale, and timing — with full transparency on why each decision was made.
Execution & Ongoing Advisory
SCS manages the submission, negotiation, and closing process. Post-funding, we monitor your capital position and proactively identify refinancing, renewal, and graduation opportunities.
Direct answers,
before the conversation.
The questions operators ask first, answered plainly. Nothing here requires a call to find out.
What does Strategic Corporate Services do?
Strategic Corporate Services is a Capital Architecture firm that structures and places capital for operator-owned businesses across five pathways.
SCS is not a lender and not a marketplace. Each engagement underwrites and scores the file first, then determines the product, the amount, and the sequence, and returns a structured capital recommendation rather than a list of options. The advisory relationship continues after funding, monitoring the capital position for refinancing and renewal opportunities.
Is SCS a lender?
No. SCS is an independent capital advisory and placement firm.
We do not fund deals from our own balance sheet, which means we have no incentive to place a client into a specific product.
How is an advisor different from a direct funder?
A direct funder can only offer what sits on its own balance sheet.
An independent advisor evaluates the structure first and the source second, including structures the advisor does not place.
What happens before my file is submitted to a lender?
Every file is underwritten and scored first.
That analysis determines the product, the amount, and the sequence before any lender sees the file.
How fast can SCS deploy capital?
Close speed runs from same day to 90 days depending on the pathway.
Bridge Liquidity closes same day to five days. Factoring and asset-based lending facilities take a one-time underwriting period of 3 to 5 business days to establish, after which every invoice submitted funds in 24 to 48 hours. Long-term structures such as SBA 7(a) take longer because the underwriting is deeper and the terms last 10 to 25 years. Speed is a design decision inside the capital structure, not a promise made before the file is reviewed.
How much capital can SCS place?
SCS places capital from $5,000 to $500,000,000 depending on the pathway and the collateral.
Bridge Liquidity runs $5,000 to $40,000,000. Equipment Finance reaches $500,000,000 against the asset. SBA 7(a) reaches $5,000,000. Strategic Term Loans reach $50,000,000, with fully unsecured options available for qualifying profiles.
Does a Capital Assessment cost anything?
No. The Capital Assessment is free and carries no obligation.
It is a structured review of business financials, existing capital obligations, and growth objectives, returned as a capital structure recommendation within 24 hours. Institutional-grade analysis at no cost, with full transparency on why each recommendation was made.
Who does SCS work with?
SCS works with operator-owned businesses across the United States, advised from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Engagements span restaurant, construction, healthcare, transportation, landscaping, hospitality, dental, and equipment-intensive operators. The common thread is an owner who runs the business, not a passive holding structure. Every engagement is handled personally by Roger Gill, Liquidity Architect.
The question is never whether capital is available. The question is whether the right capital is structured correctly for where your business is going — not where it has been.
